Defense Base Act Investigations
The Defense Base Act was established in 1941 to protect non-military workers on bases outside the United States. Since then, it’s been expanded to include anyone contracted by the government to work on international, non-military projects such as dams, schools, harbors and roads, as well as endeavors related to national security.
The act provides disability, medical and death benefits to employees injured or killed in the course of employment, whether or not the injury or death occurred while at work. CoventBridge provides full investigative support for Defense Base Act cases, including all relevant paperwork and records, surveillance, photography, interviews and statements.
