Inclement Weather Update – Hurricane Dorian – Florida

As a valued client of CoventBridge Group, we want to keep you informed of any possible delays on your investigation(s).

As our corporate office in Jacksonville, FL is in the proposed affected areas of Hurricane Dorian, we may have to close our offices on Tuesday, September 3rd. The office is already scheduled for closure on Monday, September 2nd for the Labor Day holiday. We have made arrangements for Florida based employees to work remotely, as long as there is remote power. We will reopen the offices as soon as it is safely possible.

For Monday and Tuesday, we have instructed our field investigators who have scheduled files to be worked within dangerous areas of Dorian to cease all investigative efforts until the storm has passed. This may cause investigation delays, depending on the impact of the storm. All affected investigations will be communicated to you by the Case Manager or Client Relationship Manager. We appreciate your understanding.

Our Vice President of Network Security and Compliance, Chris Jackson, has relocated the security office to Ashburn, VA for the entirety of the event. Our data, evidence, documentation, videos, essentially the “heart” of the evidence, is replicated between our primary datacenter location in Ashburn Virginia, and a secure cloud environment in Amazon Web Services.

In areas outside of the affected areas of Hurricane Dorian, all investigations will continue as scheduled.

As our main fulfillment tasks are conducted in Florida, this may cause time service delays in the submissions reports. We will work diligently to have everything to you as soon as possible.
